Figure me out....

In this RP, I'm a suspect, you are the detective, I will leave clues to who I am, with pictures too! It is your job to uncover my identity, there is no need for templates unless you want to, so go detectives, and find me!

It was sprinkling outside, the streetlight casting an eerie shadow over the wet street. A car turned the corner on the far end of the street, and sped down to the other corner, turning again. Its headlights flashed briefly the the nearby sidewalk, revealing the previously concealed figure of some unknown person as they leaned against the brick wall of the closest building.

Their only visible clothing, a red hat and overcoat, stood out against the gray street when thrown into the light, yet disappeared into the darkness when the electric embers were sucked away. The slim figure stirred, brushing a lock of auburn hair from the face to the back of the head. Thunder rumbled distantly, causing the figure to raise their head slightly.

As she looked up, Embry's breath froze on the air, forming a small mist around her face. The small catches of light sparkled against her black eyes and reflected from her red lips. With a quiet glance around, she slid her gloved hand up to the collar of her coat and held it close to her mouth.

"He's still in there, Axel," She whispered into the mic on her coat collar, "I'll go in. Follow me after a few minutes. Wait for my signal."

Exhaling a final time merely to see the cloud form again around her lips, Embry took a few steps towards the door of the African Merchandise store. As she spied through the windows stacked high with elephant feet stools, big game guns, and ivory carving, she was able to determine that a light was still on in the back of the shop.

With a cool air about her, Embry entered.

"Alright. You can do the dirty work if you want" Axel said casually, his back leaning on a fence post. He looked up at the nights sky and smelled the cool air. It was a dark night, and once Embry left, Axel was fairly lonely. Looking at the streetlight, Axel started seeing something. He couldnt quite make it out, yet it seemed quite out of the ordinary. He began to follow it.

"Hello?" Embry called, as she entered the store. She'd abandoned the surprise approach when the bell above the door rang as she'd entered. "Anyone here? What sort of customer service is this?"

Nothing stirred. Slowly, with her heels clicking against the thinly carpeted floor, Embry went to the back of the store. There was a counter that blocked off the back rooms from the rest of the building. There was a light on further back, the only light in the store.

"...Hello?" She said again, her voice a bit quieter than before. Still, there was nothing. Deciding she probably didn't have much time, Embry began to look over the desk, her eyes falling on an open phone book. One of the addresses had been circled. With a start, she grabbed at one of the pens and wrote the address down on her wrist, pulling the glove back down to cover the marks. Placing the pen back in its place, she took a step or two back before turning her back on the counter, walking briskly for the door.

Once again touching the mic on her coat collar, she whispered, "This investigation has taken an unexpected turn," She looked back once; nothing. Her hand touched the door and pushed it open, "We're going back home. We've got to look at TPA."

The large gray creature whisked off into the darkness. Axel started to run, sprinting quicker and quicker after this beast. He didnt understand why he was chasing it but it seemed to mean something. Maybe this would give him his lead. Axel ran and almost could see the creature yet it was too dark to make out anything else than the furry outline.

Almost there. Almost there. He chugged along. Suddenly a message sounded.

"We've got to look at TPA" Embry said. Axel stopped. He hadnt heard that name in such a long time.

"Dammit Embry. You made me lose 'em" Axel said, jokingly. "Fine.... meet up with me over there. Okay?"

Embry raised an eyebrow as she heard Axel's harried, yet jovial reply, “Why is it that you only make comments like that when I’m too far away to slap you?” The shop door closed behind her as she took a few steps on the sidewalk.

She glanced across the street to the rod iron fence where her partner was supposed to be waiting. The sidewalk on that corner of the street was empty, save for a lone alley cat. “Where are you, Ax? You weren’t supposed to leave your post. What, did you see some girl in need of your special brand of help?” Embry grinned, “What street are you on now, Casanova?”

"Yeah. I'm down the road. I was chasing /something/ It was so weird. Ill tell you about it later" Axel said.

"Ill wait here for you to come get me Em" Axel grinned

Ok, now make a guess, by the way, why I am I a beast?!?
