The Halo Games

I'm not much of a "gamer", but my boyfriend is, and he got me addicted to Halo. I haven't played the second or third. I still need to get an XBOX 360.

Any of you guys like Halo?

Personally, all the second one had was the MP, but the MP was disappointing cause they took out the good pistol (which made the ultimate deathmatches with) and replaced it with a POS generic pistol. Out of all of them, H3 was by far the worst. Halo CE was godly though.

I don't really see the allure of Halo. All it is is a generic fps game. I guess my love for fps kinda died out when I was obsessed with Unreal Tournament for the computer. That was a long time ago though.

Heh, thinking back, UT was pretty kickass. Much more engrossing than Halo. I only had the multiplayer-online version though. It was still fun to frag crappy AI guys though.

Sadly, UT3 wasn't well received thanks to Halo 3. There was no marketing at all for UT3 thanks to H3. H3 took ALL the air timje. It was ridiculous to see a Halo 3 trailer in the movies. Only a game that comes from the hands of God deserves that treatment.

Unfortunately Halo 3 is as far away as you can get as a Godsend but for some reason it gets to be Microsoft's posterboy.

Half Life 2 is the greatest first person shooter game I have ever played.

One of those rare games that I can honestly say was perfect from start to finish.
